We call it a reservation, not an appointment, because the time we spend together is cherished, and this time is specifically made just for you. We are not a practice that focuses on seeing high numbers of people. We choose to see only a select number of patients a day, who truly appreciate our approach and want to focus on whole health wellness, so that our reserved time together is thorough and not rushed. We will be respectful of our time and ask patients to be so of ours.
Your First Visit
Our all-star dental team will greet you on the phone when calling to schedule an appointment, but their attention to detail and caring demeanor don’t stop there. We will establish expectations for you as well as ensure clear communication at every stage. You can expect to receive a call from Dr. David before your initial visit. This will include discussing any questions or concerns you might have.
Your first appointment involves a 30-minute consultation with Dr. David. It’s a special time to learn about each other and to build a solid foundation going forward. It's a very important time where he will learn about: your past dental experiences and challenges with your oral health, medical history, nutrition, sleep health, and more. He will also listen to understand your desires and your “Why.” This helps him to customize a plan that fits your needs and wants.
The second stage of the new patient process is where we collect records, X-rays, and prescribed diagnostic tests are performed. Upon completion of this stage, Dr. David and his team will be able to present you with a roadmap to optimum oral health. It’s only after having time to review this plan and with your acceptance of it that any treatment ensues. We lead our patients with clarity and transparency and ensure they are educated about their health and any necessary treatment options, before treatment is rendered
